Buffalo Bayou was fun, only 3 beers on tap yesterday but their souvenir pint glasses are great. And the beers were good too.

Sweet Action is a nice session ale, kind of like Canebrake minus the Steens sweetness.

That one is pretty good, don't you think rutiger? It is kinda hard to follow Pliny though.

I think the can looks like a kiwi for a reason.

It is a fine stout. doesn't hurt that I have a view of Park City Main as well as the slopes in Deer Valley and PC.

Doubt that happens

SBD is a Real Ale Brewer's Cut Pale Ale. It is not as good as their Lost Gold IPA. Not worthy of the tetu treatment, but I am not liking it.

I think the problem may be its age. It got lost in my fridge for a while--enjoy by date was 1/3.

That might be it

They start losing their flavor after 23 days, so I usually just pour them out

I really like the Lost Gold, but I also like Deep Ellum IPA, Happy Camper, Elevated, Pro Am, Endeavor, 512 IPA, Dreamcrusher, and a couple of other Texas and New Mexico IPA/Double IPAs... and then add in the other options available here in Texas and too many good beers get left out of the rotation. Luckily some are hard to come by or only available on tap

FBD: Joie a Tous. Not that impressed. The flavors don't work together.

I've enjoyed lots of those too. I was particularly impressed with the La Cumbre Elevated IPA.

Had a shower canebrake after another long squirrel hunt this morning. And a breakfast canebrake with a kickass breakfast. Had a Hopitoulas when we made it back to jackson and shared a newest Trappist brewery beer with some friends a second ago.

Life it good. Good beer btw.

I'll be out in New Mexico a couple of times this summer and hope to stock up.
