Bernaise is great, but it turns to scrambled eggs in the microwave so you have to think about that shite when cooking the steak.

I combine A1, 57, ketchup, and mayo. It actually takes longer to make my sauce than it does for the microwave to cook the steak

I might have to try this sometime. Right now, I typically boil mine in a watered down pot of mustard. Unbelievable flavor.

Peter Luger Steak Sauce. Considering I never have the sauce available, I don't use any sauce.

Three or four fingers of Charter neat in a glass beside the plate of Med Rare Grilled NY Strip.

Apply to inside of gullet as desired after each bite of steak.

Had an really good 31/2 inch thick Kansas City filet last night and I put a pad of Chilpolte lime butter on it when it came off the big green egg, awesome.

I also like a maytag blue cheese butter on top sometimes. Soften the butter mix in whatever and salt pepper whip it up and the let it chill. Put a dollop on a screaming hot steak. Man now that's good.

A1 is acceptable on a burger, not really necessary for a steak unless it's really poorly done.

If you really do, then hit up Digulios one night. Best Steak and shrimp Alfredo I have ever eaten.
