A1 makes steak taste great, 57 is also my second go to sauce. What's yours?

No way you can eat a good steak without a flavorful sauce

If it's a good steak the sauce just kills the taste of the steak IMO

Something like A1 is too overpowering

If I'm going to put sauce on a steak it's going to be something a little more elegant like a bernaise sauce that won't kill the flavor of the beef.

Might as well put ketchup on if you're going to use A1

I combine A1, 57, ketchup, and mayo. It actually takes longer to make my sauce than it does for the microwave to cook the steak.

Try defrosting it the night before instead of throwing it in frozen. Speeds up the cook time.

None. Just marinate in Italian dressing

In all serious, I like a horseradish sauce if I am using anything

I like to make sure my steak is real well done. That way I get the crispiness of the steak with the moistness of the A1 or ketchup.

If I'm in the mood for it, I have no problem with A1. Usually I won't use sauce, but it tastes good, so no fricks given by me if it's trashy.

You think one day they'll put you on payroll for all the self-policing you do around here?
