Yeah Deanie's, R&O's, Brisbi's...all of those places could work for sure...I just don't know how late they are open.

Mondo as well.

Nik is right that you can't make reservations for your group on open table, but if you see any large reservations available, you could then call the restaurant directly to inquire.

Peche is a new Link restaurant open until 11 pm on Friday nights. It's gotten great reviews. You might want to check it out.

for the longest whenever my grandparents got all the grandkids together we would go there. They continuously have large tables. Some may not like it, and I can't say it's the best seafood, but if you want huge seafood platters, good BBQ shrimp and a large menu of seafood options, this is a good choice.
Though if wanting to avoid the bar scene and the drinkers(the quarter) go to the Buck Town location.

The list I just made was from restaurants that were searched using open table and looking for a nine person table.

They don't accommodate tables of more than 8 people. I've tried. They offer either 2 tables of 4, or you can request the one table they have that can fit 9, but it's a very tight squeeze. Also you must put down a credit card # as a deposit and for each person in your party who doesn't show they charge $25 / head.

Just an FYI. Peche is a fantastic restaurant .. been there half a dozen times already and it's been great every time. Wouldn't try to dine there with a huge group though.

We're a bunch of boring Christians so that won't be a problem.

I'm a boring Christian that's been on bachelor parties to NOLA with other boring Christian... That's what makes the strip club trips awkward.
