Not Peche.
Not Domenica.
Not the other one that always gets mentioned.
Making a trip to Christmas in the Oaks next week, need somewhere to eat before. Just some college kids, some of whom are picky so I may not have much luck with the stuff most here eat. Preferably somewhere with a nice atmosphere/nice Christmas decorations or something. I'm sifting through Yelp but there's literally hundreds, obviously

Good call, Liuzza's on Bienville fills that bill as well. Like my suggestions, just not sure that is what they are looking for.

Get the backstrap and that aged banana pudding.
You won't be sorry.

Isn't there a company burger location somewhere around the quarter and all?
Eta. And don't they have some good pimento cheese fries or something?

I don't normally gush about desserts, but that aged banana pudding is spectacular.
If he's got purple hull peas on the menu, get those. Some of the best I've ever had.
And the pickles in the poisson fume....
Sorry...I need to clean the drool off my keyboard.

No, it's not. La Boca, Mr. John's and Chophouse are all better.

There's a Company Burger in the new South Market District area.
I don't know anything about them having pimento cheese fries, but they have a good burger.
