I was actually there when it happened yesterday. He came out and announced to the dinning room that they just fired him for refusing to serve reheated brisket. He said we can all continue to follow him on Instagram bc he'll be serving good quality bbq cooked with a lot of fricking heart. Tipped over a bottle of bbq sauce and walked out.
Subsequently they were out of almost everything including brisket

This all seems like something out of a soap opera. Why in the hell does a BBQ joint need a social media coordinator anyway. If your place if worth a crap that should speak for its self.

Agreed. I had it last week and I was very disappointed. First time it hasnt been great since it opened. I had been going about once every two weeks since the opening.
