Chris's Specialty Meats on Millerville. Ronnie's is on par sometimes, but it depends on who made the batch. I'm not a fan of Jerry Lee's. They use way too much liver for my tastes.

Chris's Boudin is made by Ronnie's
Ronnie's stuffed Chicken's are made by Chris's
I like Ronnie's, but the consistency there has been lacking I hate to say.

Ronnies on Florida / Chris's on Millervile.
The SMOKED boudin at Ronnies is hella good.
Jerry Lee's sure TASTE like it has a god bit of liver to me too. But i'll take ya word for it that it doesn't.
Even if it doesn't, i just find the texture to be too mushy.
Tony's boudin is utterly frickin disgusting.

As I was corrected above it is actually in Galvez, but any way just a local convienve store on the corner of hwy 44 and 933. Has pretty good boudin, great hogshead cheese and smoked andoulie all made right there.
