I will say that with my experience with Primo, such a deal takes months to play out. If yall are able to make a purchase someone will need to collect the money. Then that would need to be sent to Primo. Then it takes a couple of weeks to 6 weeks for the grills to ship. They arrive stacked 2 high, normally via fedex freight. Each primo pallet weighs close to 200 lbs, so that is around 400lbs per stack. They are going to arrive during working hours and you will not know the date and time of arrival before hand. You either need a loading dock or someone with a forklift to accept the order.

Tucker ain't north GA, baw. Dahlonega or Blue Ridge is N GA. I went over there about 18 months ago and got a new replacement firebox and parts, they are good people.

This reality makes me realize that I couldn't be as helpful as I thought. I could handle the loading dock and fork lift but I couldn't ask one of my customer's to sign for and take the delivery with no knowledge of when it was coming then ask them to store them for more than an afternoon or so. I mean, they do have a business to run.

I'm still in if someone coordinates a deal with a more predictable delivery/ dispatch though.

I was at a Costco in South Florida on Sunday and the Kamado Joe roadshow was there. They were offering the 18" for 779 and we're throwing in "100 in accessories" on top of that. Not sure what those accessories were. Since I live in LA it wasn't feasible to buy so they looked up the road show schedule. The schedule claims that the roadshow will be at the Costco in Nola on 8/12-8/21 for anyone interested.

Alright, I heard back from my contact and he spoke to his buddy at Primo. George, says that "the demand is too high and they don't have extra units to sell as a group sale at this time." I asked that if they are able to do this in the near future to let me know.
Sorry! I tried.

This was not some under the table illegal scheme. Just not doable at this time.

So a guy that sells grills, working for a company that wants to sell additional grills decides it's just better to not take orders for grills?
