I’ve seen a few people burn to death and that is probably the hardest thing I’ve ever watched and I can still smell it. In saying that I saw a Marine get blown in half bottom torso completely gone and that was some shite that sticks with you forever as well.

I got three. The first is a guy I was working with one night. He got his leg twisted up and broke it into between the knee and the ankle. When I got to him bone was sticking out about 5 or 6 inches and from the beak down, his lower leg and foot was pointing 180 degrees towards straight back. Took 14 operations to get him fixed back up but the leg was about an inch shorter than before.
Second one, dude was drunk and ran into the side, never hit his brakes, of a locomotive doing about 40 mph in the middle of the night. When we found the guy the left side of his face was all messed up with his jawbone sticking about five inches out of his jaw. He died.
Three, found a hobo one night laying between two railroad tracks. He was cut smooth into two pieces. Wasn't a handful of blood to be found.

Car wreck when I was maybe 12-13. Me and my dad were first upon the wreck. He made me stay in the car but I could see some of it.
It was drunk teenagers on a curvy, somewhat rural road. One girl had a broken back and was screaming. Both guys were dead, one decapitated. The other girl had some broken bones but relatively unscathed if I remember correctly.
I watched my dad pull 3 of them out of the car. He had blood all over him when he got back in when the paramedics and cops arrived.

A car drifted into the median on the interstate in front of me. They overcorrected to get back on the road, and the car started flipping. A man and woman flew out of the car. I saw the guy fly up into the air & land on his head. When we got out of the car to help, the man was bleeding from his ears. It was horrible. This was in 1999, so I couldn’t find anything online to see if he survived or not.

I haven't seen anything major in person, but I work in orthopedics. I see all kinds of disgusting things. Most don't bother me. The worst things I see are festering wounds on diabetics. So many have no idea how to care for themselves (either ignorance or age), and they just keep having to have a piece amputated here and there until they either die or have nothing left to remove. The worst was when an older patient came in with maggots in a wound.

3 teens boys burned to death. First one to drive by the accident. By the smell I knew what was going on.

No his name is Rich, as in filthy, thanks to the company he worked for.

Don’t think the helmet, shoes, or shirt would have helped him.
Terrible.
Terrible.

Didn't witness the actual accident but I watched a Father carry his deceased six year old son into an emergency room after he was hit by a car while riding his bike. It was clear the child was gone and to see this man carry his whole world in his arms while crying, screaming, and moaning "my baby" repeatedly was more than I could take. I broke down myself and never got over witnessesing it. I still have nightmares about it till this very day.
That's my worst nightmare

The company was 100% at fault concerning a safety issue. They knew they were wrong. Hell, they even gave me a week off with pay because of the gruesomeness of the accident and my part in keeping him out of shock while waiting on an ambulance, so they said.

Heard the shot then found a friend who took his life.

Not a bit. Lady stopped her car and knelt beside him praying her rosary aloud until the coroners van picked him up which was probably an hour by the time they loaded him up and left. Then got into her car and left. Never said a word to anyone and no one knew who she was.

Saw a guy flattened out by one of those asphalt graders. Had rolled over him and he was still wrapped up on part of it. Looked like a piece of silly putty after you use that little wooden roller a few times.
