If 100 mg of Diphenhydramine HCl won't make you drowsy, you def have a problem

I usually sleep like a baby, but I just quit nicotine cold turkey. It’s time to pay the piper.

I fell asleep around 2am and back up at 4:15. Should be a great hump day... sigh. Good luck today to all my fellow insomniacs

Take Nyquil, you're welcome.

i take nyquil pills but your body gets used to it after a while and you're not suppose to take it more than 2 weeks at a time(i do)
i notice i feel "out of it" or foggy and it lowers your heart rate. Also have noticed short term memory loss

The best thing you can do is jerk off to relax your brain from racing

I've never had problems before but the last two nights I've felt weird and had trouble breathing, and was barely able to sleep. I'm a total zombie right now at work... if it happens again tonight I'm going to have to seek medication.
I don't know how people deal with this on a regular basis.

This was me last night as well. My mind just kept going on about stupid shite.
ETA: and it always comes in waves. Where it is tough to fall asleep for 2-3 days in a row and then no problems for 2-3 weeks.

I tend to get things on my mind and can't let it go so I can sleep. Then it goes into please let me sleep for a couple hours. I've tried all types of OTC meds and nothing helps... many nights I only sleep two or three hours .. anyone else fight this shite?
I used to have this issue. Now I fall asleep listening to a podcast to basically distract my mind. It works for me. If I don't fall asleep listening to or watching something, then I'll just lay there thinking about all kinds of shite.
