Someone sees the writing on the wall

Although he has a point, this is a weak mans way of making an argument. He has a PR staff behind him to do that and he shouldn't be trying to tarnish anyone's candidacy.

Isn't Russ his boy? Shouldn't one be gracious to their friends. ?

Salty af cause he knows he's not winning MVP.

They are the third seed. So maybe it should go to someone on the best team, the Warriors.

"I think that's the most important thing. I thought winning is what this is about -- period," Harden said after recording his 21st triple-double of the season in the Rockets' win over the Sacramento Kings on Sunday. "I'm not going to get in-depth with all that, but I thought winning was the most important thing. If you set your team up in a position to have a chance, at the ultimate goal, that's the most important thing."

Sounds like an endorsement for Kawhi, no?

It's Pathetic man. I understand being pissed and upset, but congratulate your buddy and don't let that take away from the HISTORIC year he's having

Not sure why, he's worried.

Rockets fans have assured us that the voters know what's up, and they won't give the MVP to a guy that is on the 6th seeded team.

James Harden said he will text congratulations to Russell Westbrook for triple double No. 42.

What's pathetic is you not getting the whole story and acting like you know what you talking about.

I have not said such things. I think the voters have been swayed. It's unfortunate, but I believe it's the case.

He ain't salty about 42. Even so, harden is in a perfect situation to post similar numbers next year... He will get his mvp the way he's playing. I'd be more inclined to believe Russ will take a step back next year as opposed to harden.

Why would I bail we don't mind being wrong one bit. If harden don't win it will be the first time in modern NBA history that the MVP goes to a player on such a poor team. We will take that into consideration going forward(IF it happens) and move on.

Both guys numbers should stay about where they're at this year. Russ ain't attracting any difference maker kinda FAs there so it will be more of the same next year. Harden will have the better team. Russ will have more triple doubles.

One of the many ways Boom excuses himself from being wrong is by saying he has bros post on his acct. Hence him saying "we" a lot.

Winning the MVP on the 3rd ranked team in your conference is incredibly rare as well.

Winning isn't always what gets guys an MVP over more deserving players. Voter fatigue took MVPs from Jordan and LeBron. The fact that Kobe had never won one stole an MVP from Chris Paul. The fact that everyone hated Kobe gave an MVP to Steve Nash.

Voters often vote emotionally, as much as we wish they wouldn't.

He also keeps ignoring the fact that Westbrook is doing something that hasn't been done in modern nba history

We is just a little nicer way to put it. Nobody wants to hear "I told you so" all the time. 'We' softens it a little. I am Not taking all the credit when we go with we. It's a collective effort. Me and all the guys that we get data from.
