you are unclear on the concept.
Like so many posters, you can't seem to comprehend percentages.
Same thing with opportunities. if the region is like Santa Clara county, there are lots of opportunities for all.

Perhaps having our educated come back can help improve the state.
LA is fricked.
Education and medicine are secondary in that state to everything else. The government is so unbelievably inept that it is reminiscent of a fricking 3rd world country.
The state is pathetic.

Louisiana is lucky it has the gulf. If it weren't for that, this isn't even really that great of a state for outdoor activity. Big game hunting, hiking, scenery, everything is so much better out west. Duck hunting is better up north. If you like saltwater fishing the LA is your place, but that's about it.

Had sex - don't care.
First of all, you messed up the quote.
Second, it doesn't make sense in this context unless you're having sex with whatever you're hunting and/or fishing.

I love the swamp and marsh. Where is that up north? Canada? I sure as frick don't want to be walking up a damn mountain to have fun
Your favorite outdoor activities =/= everyone's favorite outdoor activities

More power to you for enjoying your surroundings, but that's just stupid.
Mountains >>>>>> swamps
And I'm 2 hours from the nearest mountain so I have no dog in this fight.

Nah, frick that. It's not just me who enjoys South LA. It's one of the most beautiful places in the world, and many people share that sentiment
You can walk your happy arse up a mountain all day long. I'll be chilling drinking beer in the boat

Well then cheers to you my friend.
Although you should slightly care because being in LA, there's a much higher chance you contracted something...or passed something along.

These ranking really only affect the middle and lower classes. If you're upper middle or upper anywhere can be a great place to live.

There is tons of marsh along the Carolinas. Though Louisiana certainly benifits from having the largest estuarine ecosystem in the continental US.

And that's why Baskin Robbins has 31 flavors. I've got no argument if someone prefers south LA to a mountain region. I just personally feel differently.
