Any hear from their insurance adjuster yet?

Mine was out this morning, but have not hear anything from him. Anxious to hear how much the claim will be, hoping it is enough to fix this mess.

scary damage to insurance ratio that the BR chamber said during radio interview today.

About 9.2 billion in estimated damages and a total of 2.4 billion in flood insurance policies enforce in the impacted parishes. That's a huge defective

Can anyone explain why traffic is such a cluster on 10? Is it down to one lane still? It's much worse than normal rush hour.

Those with flood insurance can now request to get prepayments to obtain some money to start the process. See details linked

Has there been a thread or link of good local contractors to repair damage? Or can y'all recommend Contractors for me?

You need to include where you're located. Contractors will be working one general area, not bouncing back and forth across town.

Everyone looking for references, help etc needs to be more specific with addresses and details.

I just saw a post on fb. Woman without flood insurance said her homeowners (State Farm)will actually cover her flood damage because it was from backflow from a storm drain.

Advil.

The first day I was OK. Second day, only took it after.

Third day, I took it at lunch.

I wonder if that would be the same as the backflow that came from creeks and canals that occurred as a result from the Amite topping.
