LSU 24, ALABAMA 21 (OT): Colby Delahoussaye boots a 29-yard field goal for the win after Steele’s defense stops Alabama on the first possession of overtime when a blitzing Beckwith sacks quarterback Jake Coker and forces a fumble that Greg Gilmore recovers. Harris completes just 6 of 17 passes for 56 yards. Jennings comes off the bench and hits freshman wide receiver Tyron Johnson for a 72-yard touchdown to tie the game with 1:32 to play in the fourth quarter. The Tigers beat Bama for the first time since 2011 in a similar game and move to No. 3 in the nation behind Ohio State and TCU.

losing to Auburn is reasonable, but in all honesty, Mcnesse has a better chance of beating LSU than A&M

If it's in Les to run up the score, it will happen on November 28, 2015.

11 wins is the ceiling so this is the best case scenario.

With Las Vegas putting odds on which LSU quarterback will transfer as 2016 signee Feleipe Franks enters the picture, Jennings and Harris each decide to stay and fight it out. Meanwhile, summer of 2015 quarterback transfer Danny Etling of Purdue transfers to a junior college.

“There are just too many quarterbacks at LSU,” he says.

Not if Duke Williams gets booted off that team. He's in hot water with Malzahn right now & is closed to being kicked off the team. He hasn't practiced in two days & Malzahn isn't giving hints as what the future lies with Duke just yet. With Sammy Coates in the NFL & possibly not having Williams, they have very little experience at WR on their roster.

quote:

Malzahn called it "a discipline issue."

"When he takes care of that, he'll be back on the field," Malzahn said. "I'll make that decision. I'll let you know when he'll be back. Bottom line: Nobody's bigger than the team around here, and that's between him and me."

Malzahn said he wouldn't take any questions on the subject. He got three, including this one: Your theme for this season is "Count on Me." Right now do you feel you can count on Duke Williams?

"He's not at practice," Malzahn said.

quote:

Talk to people close to the Auburn program, and they tell you Williams is one of those players, not uncommon at major programs, who has to be - how to put it politely? - managed on a regular basis.

He sounds like a lockeroom cancer for as good as he is on the field. He was also suspended for Auburn's past bowl game as well.

LSU is not going to lose to Auburn in a Saturday night revenge game in Tiger Stadium. Some of you Negatigers need to wake the hell up!

I wouldn't list any losses. Especially to T&M at our house. I don't think so. The tough games are the away games this year Alabama(I really think we can win) and Ole Miss(maybe). But Auburn at home(I think we take this one). SC at home(We got that one as well).

I don't want to be overly confident or whatever, but Brandon Harris looks greatly improved. I think he scorches Mc Neese St. and I think that MSU wont be able to handle everything we are going to throw at them.

There isn't one team we shouldn't and couldn't beat. Just all depends on if we show up every game and play hard.

He's high. We'll smoke the Aggies and be the Bama State Champ, too.

I think I heard this when he signed with Auburn that he was a headache and that while talented, LSU didn't want to deal with him.

Wishing it was a night game, but unfortunately its at 230. But one thing is for sure, Auburn players are in for a rude awakening with those dark colored jerseys in this Louisiana heat
