re: A loss tonight, and Lsu makes the move to fire JJ and... - djkevlar
I am not a big fan of JJ, but can we really blame the poor play on him? Well maybe a little, like Reath and Epps, 2 guys that are big, Center and Power Forward, yet they play so timid. Also, every time LSU plays the opposing teams shoots like better than 50% from the 3 pt. line, which is not nor...

re: Monty Rice flips to UGA - djkevlar
There is too much that will happen between now and signing day. Still lots of great players, but LSU fans seem to think we have a shortage of LB's we have guys who have been in line for 1-3 years waiting their turn. I can guarantee you guys that the only LB's that will play ahead of the ones we cu...

re: Myles Brennan - djkevlar
On the stat sheet Brennan was the best QB for the Armor team and had the most best stats overall. I mean damn, did Mond play like 3 quarters of the game and all he did is ran the ball, and they lost....

re: With Godchaux leaving does this lock up any D-line commits? - djkevlar
I think Mathis is built more like Godchaux. Marvin Wilson and Tyler Shelvin are similar in size and builds, both huge and takes up 1 1/2 - 2 gaps....

First for my Brennan comment. Brennan: "Hey D, what did LSU offer you? D.Moses: "An unlimited supply of power bars while I'm at LSU. Brennan: "Hmmm, they offered me a great education, making me NFL ready, and more importantly to become apart of the LSU Brotherhood" D...

re: Which position are you most excited - djkevlar
Some LSU fans are worried about this position, but Aranda has a group of guys that have been with LSU for 2-3 years but have not got enough playing time to Letter, so Aranda has a group of very well experienced LB's. LB is one of the most exciting group. Not talking about LB's we have in the 201...

re: Aaron Moffit @ linebacker - djkevlar
Everyone is so worried about ILB's for the '17-'18 season, but fact of the matter is we have already converted some players to that position, like Sci Martin. He is not just cross-training ILB/OLB, but he is being converted to an ILB. Thats nice Sci Martin 6'4" 240 lbs. He could add another 15-20...

re: 2017 Football - being a Great Seer - I will predict each game with score ! - djkevlar
LSU will not lose one game 2017-2018 season. That means a NC. It just that simple. Our D will be just like it was this year except we are going to get more take aways and Defensive score. Our O will be the best since ever. We will average about 40 pts. per game and allow about 12.5 pts per game...

re: Marvin Wilson - djkevlar
Plus we have Tyler Shelvin, however, Wilson is smart enough to understand that the top college teams rotate at ever position, especially on Defense. FSU can promise him all day long that he is going to be the only big guy in the middle, but he knows playing under Dave Aranda is going to be better...

re: Derrick Henry Mr NFL Bust - djkevlar
In the NFL, specifically the Saints or Cowboys I like ex-Alabama players if they are good. Cowboys have McClain(LB). Ingram is ok, but lets be honest, he didn't exactly hit the ground running, no pun intended. ...
Since you posted this a 2:27am I will assume that your were drunk.
Read my post again drunk person, my first statement was he is no Barry Sanders. Later I said his running style reminds me the most of Barry Sanders to paraphrase, but I know I actually said "CEH has a long way to g...

re: Derrick Henry Mr NFL Bust - djkevlar
Yeah and think about almost every LSU player whether they are average to excellent are not just playing in the NFL but starting. Everywhere I look in the NFL, LSU players. The Alabama players that do good are the Louisiana players who played for Bama like Landon Collins. He may have played at Bam...

re: Final 6? - djkevlar
Everyone is so worried about LB's in this class when the fact is we have quite a few LB/DE and you know Aranda he will be working with some of the best talent in the country at every D position. Aranda more than made his money last year. I think in the 2nd season he will continue to refine the D. ...

re: Clyde Edwards- Helaire - djkevlar
I am not saying he is Barry Sanders, but when all those top running backs were doing their thing like Najee Harris(Bama Commit) and Cam Akers and others... Clyde was running circles around these guys, speed test, quickness test, strength test, etc... My closest comparison is definitely Barry San...

re: Predict Guice's stats next year - djkevlar
You guys are truly forgetting Brossette. No way Guice holds up by himself. Brossette will play and D. Williams, plus we have the other Fournette. Guice will do good, but remember when the spotlight is on you like it was on LF7, guys like Guice tend to slip through the cracks. Guice needs to beco...

re: Reid mad at LSU and FSU - djkevlar
Remember We have a ton of LB's on the roster now. I know a couple can turn into ILB. Who knows if they want a similar sized ILB as Devin White, we could use Layton Garrett. I don't know his progress but it will be interesting....

re: Predicted SEC Basketball records according to warrennolan.com - djkevlar
I know it's early, but LSU is playing better ball this year than last year. I wouldn't want any more "Hey look at me I am good" players who stay for a year then leave. Let them go somewhere else. Thanks....

re: So, according to another knuckle-dragger: sit out = $2mill - djkevlar
I want LF7 to play and if he wasn't hurt, I would expect him to, but if you have been fighting an injury all season that's probably a good call. It doesn't help with the pumped new LSU team, and it doesn't help that LF7 fans don't get to see him with a 300 yard day, but it is what it is a nagging i...

re: Has LSU ever actually like their starting QB? - djkevlar
See the difference next year if we are bold enough is that our QB will either be good enough to beat every team or when the moment comes up, rotate in a different QB. I think in the Bama game this year, guys wanted to see if Harris could get things moving. I think it was unfair to Harris that as s...
