The other option is you can go to two-a-days. i do not recommend this option for long periods of time, lol

43 year old Friend sells it and transformed his body in 3 months by following it so yes it works.(and yes he is trying to sell it to me ) Problem is for most people it is unsustainable. We live in South La where eating good is part of us so no way I could give up all the good food of La to eat crappy pre packaged meals.

Just Take a few supplements to help get you going, eat less, move more, and lift weights, it will do the same.

but it is a diet that works if you follow it

this sums up what the others are saying. They are selling you something that can be achieved for free.

Any healthy diet you follow will work. People are just too damn lazy and impatient, so the sellers of these products know if they label it 90 days or 24 hours people will be more inclined to buy it.

But its just unnecessary. Its pretty simple concept burn more calories than you take in.

lost 15 lbs but I think you can get similar results for less money without the gastrointestinal distress that comes from the cleanse. Basically eat right take uppers and workout a lot the weight will melt off.

Why is everyone buying fish oil at GNC? You can get it way cheaper at Wal-Mart or online.

Advosheep are the worst.

It's a diet plan where they give you a book that tells you to eat no more than 1200 calories in 3 meals over 24 days. You pay 200 dollars for it. You could also download the meal plan, have the same results, not pay 200 dollars.

Your choice

Does it really tell you to eat no more than 1200 calories a day???? What if you weigh 120? 320?

Doesn't have a calorie counter, gives you ideas of what to eat though.

Breakfast Meal Shake
Lunch 1 Protein 1 Veggie 1 Carb, gives examples of each
Dinner Same, cut the carb if you can.

It would be a struggle to actually get to 1200 out of that though IMO

It is not very smart to cut calories that drastically at the start of a plan.

Ok so my girlfriend's sister is a workout machine, does competitions, etc. and she's an advocare rep that is trying to get my gf to do the 24 day challenge. She isn't all in her face about advocare but wants her sister to get in better shape (I think my gf looks good, but we both could lose weight).

We are both a little out of shape, were athletes in HS/college got burnt out, I've worked out hit and miss for a few years but I was thinking about doing the challenge to jump start us which I don't think is a bad way to get started and sustain it. I'm on with sustaining, but it's nice to have some quick gains to give you more reason to keep going.

From reading this thread, it seems the meal replacement shakes and the spark are decent deals which I could get from her sister for 20% off or so. I wouldn't expect her to give us all 40% off, but she might do that, I don't know.

Anyway, so I would get the shakes and the energy, then I could create a meal plan for us and we'd be good to go right? How much working out does the challenge entail? I would probably lift 3 times a week, and do cardio 2 times. I think I would see some really good gains from this if I can get the diet where I need to be.

What's the best place online to work out some lunch and dinner plans for a month or so? Help me out.

Thanks.

Never done this plan bc never had to cut before, but all you really need to know within this article. Supplements not necessary at all. Id get a good protein blend.

I've been around long enough not to post pictures. And she's decently well known in the twitter-sphere at least in the midwest. I don't want to get into trouble.

When most ppl ask me about their products I recommend the Catalyst. To me it is their best product that I have tried. O2 Gold is another.

I tried all of the powders and stuff and they were ok. You can just get better products for cheaper from Muslce Pharm and others.

I'm getting the Challenge for 170 or a little less. It will be the first time I do it. I eat a low carb diet now so that will not be an issue. No drinking for 24 days will probably be a bitch. That's why I'm starting it after vacation!

You've tried all their products but never done the challenge?

Why do you like Catalyst and O2 Gold?
