What crackers do you enjoy/prefer/demand with hogs head cheese?

Saltines

Sometimes I soak hhc in a little vinegar in tupperware overnight. That first bite gives you a stud horse lip curl and a locked up jaw,, good stuff..

Tried it for the first time this past weekend, it was just so....oddly gelatinous.

It didn't matter what it was on, tried a cracker, it just tasted like meat jelly. Just too weird
