Who is going this weekend?
I am going to the Friday night private beer sampling. Never been to the Friday night event. Hope there are plenty of home brewers on this night because that was always my favorite part when I have gone on Saturday.

The Saturday tasting is my favorite beer event of the year. Love the variaty of home brews and seeing the Irish marching band marching in and out is pretty neat.
I have to think that moving to the new location this year is only going to make things better.

Ill be there both nights. There will be some homebrews Friday night but most will be at the Saturday event. A lot of commercial breweries will have some special offerings Friday night though.

I'm going with a large group.

I've never been, I assume it's foreign and domestic brews?

Yes. There should be a large variety of beers there with a focus on local craft and homebrewed offerings.

I'll be serving on both days. I'm excited about what I am bringing on Friday night. Belgian IPA with Cacao Nibs from a cask. It tasted good going into the pin so lets hope for the best.

We tried our beer last night (a little QC is never a bad thing, right?) and I thought it turned out really nice. I'm excited.

Never a bad thing. I did the same. The beer I'm bringing could be a lot better, but it ain't bad by any means. An American farmhouse ale brewed with a blend of White Labs Saison III and whatever Brett strain Anchorage used in their IPA.

That sounds good to me.

I'm really happy with how ours turned out. It's basically an American IPA with apricot flavors. Wanted to secondary on apricot puree but that shite's expensive so we went with an all-natural extract and I think it turned out pretty nice. Plus a couple ounces of Amarillo dry-hops.

It's not our best beer, but it's pretty solid.

I'm going to come hit y'all up before it starts. I got screwed at Zapp's and didn't get away from the table until it was almost over and everyone was out.

Yeah, I didn't get to try any other homebrews at Zapp's either. I made it over to Gnarly Barley, Chafunkta, and Parish, but that was it.

Roll Call Bump. Let's all make BMoney frustrated that he chose the Running over the Ale this weekend.

I'm pumped.
