Pimanyoli: Smokehouse Burger

8oz Ground Chuck (well seasoned), Gouda Cheese, Smoked Mushrooms, Smoked Bell Pepper, Grilled Tomato, Lettuce, Mayo on Toasted Bun

Bun didnt stand a chance. It was awesome. Albeit a boat anchor, and not to be consumed on a regular basis..... Winner today.

I do. I've had some really good sloppy ones at the High Hat and at Phil's grill.

The high hat med-rare is the best tasting patty hands down.

Get that paddy prepared rare and you'd see a sloppy burger.

Looks good, but I'm a quality meat and bread guy. High guality beef, great bread, with a little mayo. That's all you need to enjoy a burger.

You'd see it for a minute. Then you'd die from raw burger poison.

That burger looks really good and IWEI, but only with a fork and knife. I hate sloppy foods you eat with your fingers. I came in here thinking I would see someone agreeing with me, but I guess I'm in the minority.

Me too and a little avocado, some mustard, some sort of aioli sauce, some sauteed mushrooms/onions, just the bare essentials.

I love the way Pimanyoli smells when you walk in the door.
