The best fried fish on the planet beside a speckled trout. And they're neck and neck.

Excellent light flesh wonderful taste. Maybe best freshwater fish there is although I love the sweetness of bream.

I eat it as often as I'm lucky enough to get it. It's wonderful. Perch, bass, bream...love them all.

One of the best-tasting fish to fry, but they aren't very thick like catfish. Use a lighter batter and don't fry too long.

I don't think that I've ever had White Perch. We used to fish for Lake Perch in Northern MN, WI which was awesome tasting, but the yield was very small.
