I don't know the rule on that play. I know that if the ball is going down and has a chance to go in, a defensive player cannot touch it, so I don't see why an offensive player would be allowed to touch it.

Its more the fact that it wasn't initially called a goaltend.

There was a blatant goaltending call by Denver 45 seconds prior to that and it wasn't even reviewed. The refs said because it wasn't called goaltending that it couldn't be reviewed.

And they didn't CALL goaltending on Noah's tip in, but REVIEWED IT ANYWAY.

Nuggets got away with one tonight. Streak should be over.

An offensive player can touch it as long as it isn't above the goal
