Is that a dishwasher tub you used for a smoker? That is awesome. I know I have a Stainless tub around here I could use. I have this giant round New in Box LG stainless dryer drum just sitting in my parts room taking up space, and I know I will never sell it. I'm thinking of doing a project this weekend now. I also have an unopened arc welder. You just inspired me. I don't care what it looks like if it works. lol

Yeah it's a tub from a dishwasher. You should be able to see the whole thing in my signature pic. It ended up pretty nice with the wood cabinet and electronic controls. The whole build is posted here on Smoker Builder

Thanks. I'm thinking about getting into dry curing and fermentation of sausage but it's a big project because you have to set up a chamber with temp and humidity controls to dry the meat properly for months. Not to mention it might kill you if you do it wrong But if I had that set up I could make cheese too. I guess that all comes in time. It's baby having time now though.
