I'm on the other end of the spectrum. I'm 6'2 and weighed about 160 before I started working out. I am currently at 192 (goal is 200). Still lean and I try to eat everything in sight.
If I can be 200 by 9/1, I'd be tickled.

we maybe around the same weight by 9/1. My doctor says my ideal weight is 212 but I'd like to go lower.

I started this journey back in the Fall of 2011 when I weighed in at 218. My daughter was starting to eat real food between 6-9 months old and my wife and I made a lifestyle change with what we buy and cook in our house. Here’s a breakdown of my progress:
Fall 2011- 218 lbs
February 22, 2012 - 199 lbs, broke the 200 lb milestone
March 17, 2012 - 189.1 lbs, broke the 190 lb milestone*
April 2, 2013 - 188.4 lbs, broke the 190 lb milestone again. Haven’t been over 190 since.**
March 19, 2014 - 183.5 lbs
April 1st, 2014 - 179.8 lbs, broke the 180 lb milestone
TODAY JUNE 13, 2014 - (drum roll, please) 169.1 lbs, finally broke the 170 lb milestone.
Thanks to all of the encouragement to everyone here. It has really helped. I've seen some of you fatties drop 50 lbs over the last couple of years. Others, you've maintained for a long time, which is equally as impressive. Keep up the great work.
Remember. A healthy you is the best present you could ever give your family. Take care of yourselves. The nearly 50 lb lighter me is evidence that anyone can do it.
*Got down to 184, then got back up to 195 after my wife got put on bed rest and my son was born 6.5 weeks early in September Jumped back on the bandwagon in early 2013.
**Stayed between 180-190 for a year up to March 2014 when I started dieting again.

went to the father-in-laws yesterday and ate a nice sized steak w/ other shite including a brownie sundae that the wife concocted. Then came home and ate her left-over steak and some mac-n-cheese for dinner. I felt pregnant for most of the day and it was glorious

Let me know if I'm doing this right.
Basically played high school sports, which meant I could eat anything I wanted without consequences. Make my way into college and don't work out, eat like shite, and drink a lot of alcohol.
At this point it's been three years of college and I'm sick of being out of shape especially since I was in such good shape just three years ago.
So I'm 225 right now with a goal of getting to 185 which is what I was in high school.
