Big uptick from previous day, guess that cheat day hurt since I ate like a slob instead of just cheating by drinking.

186/170.8/168ish?
IF day 4. Not sure how well I'll do today. But So far in the past 3 days I've gone from 174 to my current weight. I weighed yesterday afternoon when I bought the new scale and it was 172.2 (However that was in the middle of my eating window).
I feel no loss of energy at the gym or during the day. I get slightly hungry during the fast but it's not bad. And although I'm eating big clean meals during the eating window, I find myself hungry not long after.
Today will be a tough one though. I'll try and stick to it as much as possible. But we'll see.

I may try some Fasting see if that helps, what hurt me was not only the 10+ beers I drank but I ended up eating ice cream since my will power was down from alcohol
Although I've maintained the 2 days a week to drink last night was first time having more than 2/3

I need help with nighttime snacking. I need better choices and ideas to get over the urge. I try not to keep chips and stuff but always seem to have a bag of tortilla chips or wheat thin crackers to snack on. Also love ice cream at night and have been buying the little snack packs of ice cream (less than a 1/2 cup). I know I need to stop this but it's been difficult to get pass this craving.
What are good and easy to fix nite time snacks to get me past wanting and craving the bad carbs. Is there a good smoothie recipe that is easy. This is my biggest downfall and any help with this is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I tend to make a smoothie with sugar free almond milk (40 calories per 8oz) plain Greek yogurt and protein mix and then add some fruit.
Or I'll just eat fruit and or Greek yogurt for a quick snack that I at least find filling. Scoop of peanut butter sometimes works as well

Meltdown last night. Decided I need to tell the Powers that Be at work that I am not moving.
Not sure how they will react and that has my stress level 1 step below heart attack.

I'll most likely be under 180 tomorrow the way I'm going. Trying to get cut I'm losing more weight I wanted to, but I guess I need to. Reading everyone's post on here certainly inspired me to stick with it. I haven't been this weight since high school and I'm in much better shape this time.

I do the same as Tduecen. If I MUST snack, it's greek yogurt and fruit or a simple protein shake.

Thank you! I remember when I first started I was about to take before pictures, but didn't. I really didn't imaging I'd ever be at this point again. I enjoy following your progress and will keep following it. I took this a few days ago at 185.

Not bad after eating bread and having a few beers yesterday. Back on the IF grind today. Work schedule will make it extremely tough however.
Damn man. Congrats on getting to your goal. How much muscle mass would you say you have? I would think 145 for someone 5'9 would be almost fighting weight.

Yall have lost some serious weight!
I am stuck in the 195-200 range unless I start eating like a body builder and give up alcohol. F that!
