that was last Wednesday. Will see where we are tomorrow/tonight for accuracy, currently 173 flat. Realistically, think I could end up around 172.5 tomorrow night, which is still down w/w, but as is generally the case the weekend drinking can easily pretty much wipe out the other 5 days of good eating.

182/171.4/145

W/W that's -1.8 lbs (again not making any progress on the exercise routine) with 3 days of binge drinking mixed in. I can't complain. This weekend should be a lot tamer, so hopefully this time next week we are solidly into the upper 160s.

Thought I did good at the Free Lunch Trough but the scale disagreed.

Man that going back into hardcore (20 or less carbs) ketosis really does a number on your stomach.

Not to shabby, I think I might have basically made up for the weekend. That being said, I just found out another buddy is in town, so we'll see how it shakes out again this weekend. Conservatively aiming for 167 by next Thursday and 160 by the end of the month. Assuming nothing changes, meaning no material amount of exercise (likely), that would be 22 lbs since I started posting in this thread, which was approximately 2/24/13. So let's call that 20 lbs in 2 months. If it works out that well I won't be mad.

Push from ystdy, but I figured as much since I ate some salty wal-mart chicken. Heading to Hou tomorrow, it may be a cheat-o-rama. I did manage 5 workouts this week and the pants are loosening up a bit.

Overate yesterday, and a LOT of sodium in there.

Well I've worked out every day and burned 800+ calories each day...

But I've been sitting watching baseball, drinking, and snacking today

Had a good night last night but I'm off for one of my birthday lunches that I skipped back in March.

Job search is going well and I should have three offers by Friday. I will have plenty of time to think about which one to go with while running a marathon on the 15. I need my foot to hold up for one more week. Theory is I have a fracture. Here's to good offers and a successful marathon!

Birthday lunch out of the way. I'll be up 40 tomorrow. We hit the Chinese Buffet [trying to keep it cheap since my sister was paying].

Kept it to a plate and a half. Should have kept it to less. I am already dying of thirst. Oh well. All the bad food is out of the apartment and no more cheats on the near horizon.

Will I be able to beat Bench back to the slot?

I seem to vaguely remember my slot to be 147-148.5. When I was there, all was well.
