Got some bbq chicken. Pretty tasty. Worried about the carbs in the bbq sauce, but I'll deal with it.

Thanks. Dunno if I'd have been as successful without this thread here keeping me in check.

I know, he limited himself to 1200 cals/day and exercised daily. I wanted to say something but I figured I may as well let sleeping dogs lie

what happened with you?

I always thought about 10lbs a month was a good number for someone severely overweight.

8-10 would be rapid weight loss but still in the "accepted" range according to doctors and nutritional experts. Initially you're going to lose really fast anyway, but over the course of a year it should slow down and average out

Those biggest loser cats lose that much that fast but they also come in HUGE and work out 8 hours a day.

Still don't know how someone hasn't died on that show when they push them so hard the first week and they pass out while running the treadmill.

Lost another 2 lbs the last 2 weeks. Feeling good. Today marks the beginning of week 6 of P90X. I've lost about 8-9 lbs and a few belt notches. Let's have a great week people. No cheating.
