You are too tall to be 200 lbs hulk. Due to laziness on my part I have put back on two lbs this week. Back to salad today.

Officially into XL shirts now. I haven't worn a XL since freshman or sophomore year in high school. Also I'm into 40s in the waist. Actually, very close to breaking into the 30s. Such an awesome feeling!

Nice dude...haven't really posted here in this thread. I'm 32 yo and hit 83 pounds down today, 25%. Started @ 322 on 8/1/11....down to 239. Starting to fit in a few xl for the first time in years....waiste down to 38.

Goal as 100 lbs, but might try to get down 120, I'm 6'1", so I'd be happy around 200. Feel great, nice getting the compliments, knees & heels feeling better, no more acid reflux meds, faster on the softball fields

Good work everyone...

Congrats on getting into the 250s Hulk.

I haven't been in the 250s since the first week of July. I have basically been at 262 on Friday morning every weekend since then. I drink a little and/or cheat a little every weekend then spend all week catching back up to 262. Being 6'4", I'm fairly comfortable at 260 (especially considering where i was at 330) so I haven't had a lot of motivation. My original goal was 250 but I moved it to 230 several months ago.

With all that said, I am envious of you getting into the 250s and you have got me fired back up. I gonna have an alcohol free weekend and see if I can be in the 250s by Monday. I don't think I have had an alcohol free weekend in all of 2012

It isn't necessarily the alcohol that messes me up, it is the lack of willpower and also the hangover cravings.

This happened to me also. But you have to come to the realization that 260 just isn't a healthy weight yet. It may be much better than you're used to at 330, but it's still not where you should be. It took me a while to really get back into it all because I had not been in that weight range in so long. Getting complacent is easy, but it doesn't accomplish goals! Good luck and keep pushing!

tl;dr: i know that feel bro

I made it through the weekend without a single drink. Sundays are usually when I break down and cheat with a good cheeseburger, but without the hangover cravings I think I'm gonna make it.

I dipped into the 250s this morning. I wasn't expecting that til Monday.

The 2nd number is my weight when I started really focusing on losing again a few weeks ago - down a total of 6 lbs in a little over 3 weeks. Slow and steady. I had my high calorie drinking day for the week yesterday. But this will be a difficult week - lunch in New Orleans Monday, drinks at Superior Tuesday, lunch at a buffet with fried pork chops on Wednesday...I can do it, though.

One carb leads to two carbs leads to three carbs. I am not even weighing today.

Not the best eating weekend.

Monday isn't looking good. I have a seminar tomorrow with fried shrimp poboys and hot roast beef.

I did some serious damage this weekend. Friday I went to lunch with my brother, we went to DeAngelo's. Saturday I ate a TON of food, probably because of the carbs I ate before, I was like a bottomless pit. Estimated 2600 calories eaten and a few mich ultras during the game.. Yesterday wasn't so bad, but I has bbq wings from domino's and a few more mich ultras during the game (wanted a LOT more after the game ).
