Dude, why lie about working in health care?
FIT TESTING is not done for N95 or surgical masks, they are not a sealing type of mask.
The gas method you mention for leak detection has not been used in years and again, would not be used for medical/surgical masks. You can still smell through these masks.
Medical or cloth masks are NOT designed to stop a gas, they are designed to prevent droplet contamination. And YES, these masks will protect you from the virus in droplets which is how the virus is transmitted.

The schools with the best average ranking over the last five years are Alabama and Georgia. Pretty happy with where we are by comparison. Clemson had the 10th ranked class for 2019 and their five year average rank is 10th.
You think maybe we put too much stock in the rankings? Is the gap between 1 and 4 really that great...No!

What's with the blue confetti after the game? That's all I got.
Go back and look at every long touchdown run, defensive players were out of position. You cannot tell me that Chaisson was not coached and does not know that he has outside containment on the second touchdown, see pics below. Chaisson goes for the fake and allows Plumlee to get outside, no way Logan can make that play. These were mental mistakes and players not doing their assignment, not a problem with our defensive coordinator. The players have to execute, it does not matter how good your DC is if the players don't do their job.

Look at the second touchdown by Plumlee, Look how far out of position Chaisson is, no containment. After he gets caught inside, no way Logan is going to make that play. Similar situation on almost every score.

Everyone pointing to Aranda needs to watch the game again, poor execution and poor tackling on defense.

Everyone stays home and does their job, different outcome. No reason to chase down from the backside, we had three defenders on the left with one blocker.

The key variable in this situation is that the play resulted in a first down, making it a moot point. If the play had not resulted in a first down, Auburn could decline the penalty and it would have been second down....saving Auburn 40 seconds on the clock.
I was wondering if I heard him correctly.
I cannot get over how people draw conclusions without basis. What is your reasoning behind labeling Jordan a punk? Sulking on a sideline?

Let me give you some insight. Jordan worked for me while pursuing his master's degree. He is a bright, intelligent young man who loves LSU in spite of the negativity of the fans. He is not responsible for anything that happened to TM. He is not a punk and he was not a terrible quarterback. If you are honest and look back objectively at the chaos and indecision with the QB position and the offense in general, not even Joe Burrow could have been as successful under those conditions as he is now.

I will never understand attacking someone and/or name calling because they do not live up to your expectations of the position or win as many games as you would like. Crazy.

Happy to see all the appreciation for the Jefferson family.
Tolliver was not beat on the play, how could he make the interception if he as beaten? It was a great throw by the QB and a great play by Tolliver. He turned his head at the last second and made an amazing grab.
I rarely post, but I enjoy reading this site on a daily basis. I appreciate the passion of the fans here and the diversity of opinions. It amazes me that we can all watch the exact same game and yet see things so differently. It makes for a great and interesting forum. How much fun would it be if everyone agreed and this site was nothing but patting each other on the back.

I would like to pose a question. Is the only gauge of a successful coach wins and losses? Do we only rely on these 13 or so data points....at least in the first year or two? Does seeing the team grow and improve game to game have any value? If the Tigers come out prepared and play to the best of their ability, should that be a consideration at the end of the day? I think maybe it should. I can remember times in the past being happy that we won but not happy with the the first 59 minutes of the game....Blue Grass Miracle is a good example. And vice versa, I've seen some losses where I was proud of the effort and saw the team play as well as they can.....sometimes you just get beat....sometimes factors out of your control determine whether you are 10-3 or 8-5. If we are honest, LSU has won and lost games due to very questionable calls or circumstances (2010 LSU/Tennessee game). Yet, if only wins and losses are our gauge, the data is flawed.

I was not happy the the coaching hire, however, I am not ready to pass judgement. Time will tell.
I'm not sure I agree that being a career DL coach disqualifies you as a HC. If CEO can surround himself with talented coordinators and position coaches and stay out of their way, I think that is a good formula for success. We just had many years of someone who didn't trust his coordinators and his teams consistently under achieved.

BTW, Alabama promoted Mike Dubose, their DL coach, to HC in the 1990's. Although he was a train wreck for other reasons, he won an SEC championship while on probation from violations during the stallings era.
Best Skip story I ever heard, unfortunately I don't remember who was pitching and catching, Skip goes to the mound and says "You two are ruining the game of baseball" then goes back to dugout.

re: Gottlieb just slammed Miles!!

Yep, from a guy who used stolen credit cards and got kicked out of Notre Dame that says a lot.

He's terrible, cannot stand his show.
IMO, that is Miles' biggest CON....doesn't seem to have a good ability to evaluate talent. One would think that after the last two seasons of dismal QB play, he would have scoured the JC's and found someone that could run the offense.
I think you have to be concerned about the process as well as the outcome. If a "PRO" for Miles is his ability to recruit and we consistently have top 5 recruiting classes, then how do we explain the 4 and 5 loss seasons, or the anemic offensive output over the last two seasons? If we have talent and we have luck, what is the missing variable?

We can look at Miles' record and there are a lot of positives but there are just as many negatives in the same numbers. Makes me wonder about the true potential of the last 3 seasons...did we underachieve...were we poised for another crystal ball or two?

Wouldn't 4th quarter fireworks be a CON?

Edit: It's on both, must have missed that.

My twist on your question is if West Virginia, who was a double digit favorite, would have beat Pitt.....
Let me preface by saying that I'm not advocating firing Miles, but I do disagree with the notion that Miles cannot be replaced by a good candidate. Keeping him around because you fear not finding a qualified replacement isn't justifiable.

This is an example of past success or lack of, not being a good predictor of future outcome. Because your success rate is less than average doesn't mean that you stop striving to improve or that you don't make a move you feel is necessary because it didn't work well in the past. The circumstances have changed since the Archer/Hallman/DiNardo years. Our last two hires have proven that you can have tremendous success at LSU.

But if you want to use history to make the point, then it could be argued just as convincingly that over the last ten years LSU has made very good coaching hires and that we are 2 for 2.
