She is a good dancer and wanted to try out for Tiger Girls but she dislocated her knee cap doing a turn and fell on it, sheared the back of her knee cap off, had surgery, just got out of the brace she has been in for 3 months and doing PT now. Doesn't think she will be able to get in dance shape b...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (3)
Golden Girl tryout/audition - TigerShark10 on 11/18/12 at 5:25 pm
Do any of you know how to go about trying out for the Golden Girls- not for me, it is my daughter. She has danced competitively for 8 years, cheerleader for 4 years. Will start at LSU in the fall. Didn't know if it a political type thing or for dance majors/music majors. She is signing up to go to...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (26)
re: Kids just got accepted to LSU - TigerShark10 on 11/12/12 at 6:51 pm
Daughter has 4.0 unweighted, 25 on the ACT and son 3.7 unweighted, 29 on ACT and didn't get accepted to UF, said to finish AA and come in as transfer. They are unbelievable. They can go to school here and get most paid by Bright Futures(TOPS in La). So when they visited FSU I was hoping they woul...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)

I have a son that is in his second year of Architecture school at LSU. Twins, boy and girl just found out today they are accepted. Very excited that they get to experience LSU and Louisiana-people, food and politics. I miss it. We live in south central Florida and the people are so different. S...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (13)
re: My 2.5 year old Lab just had a seizure. - TigerShark10 on 12/15/11 at 8:08 pm
Did you have any blood work done? Probably juvenile onset epilepsy. Sometimes(rarely) there may be a problem with the liver or blood sugar, but most of the time it is epilepsy and they just happen. Log when she has them and see if there is a commonality-full moon, fire works, stress, certain food...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (1)
re: Dog experts: English Bulldogs with kids - TigerShark10 on 12/14/11 at 7:32 pm
I am a veterinarian and recommend to go to Vet school so that you will save money treating the problems they have. Great disposition, goofy and fun to be around but gawd they have problems. At least find out how the parents are- skin problems, breathing problems, hip and elbow problems, heart prob...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (1)
re: While visiting my friends in Alabama, there was a majority opinion - TigerShark10 on 12/6/11 at 1:00 pm
don't know who will win the rematch, but I for one don't want to play them again. It is utterly unfair. Why did we even play them in the regular season. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This Don't understand why we have to beat them twice to be c...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)
Out of state tuition ? - TigerShark10 on 11/28/11 at 6:09 pm
Hope some body can help. I graduated from college of Ag in 86 and the Vet school in 90. My son is a freshman in the School of Architecture now and is loving it. He is addicted to LSU the same way I am now. My wife also graduated from the Vet School in 90 as well. We now live in Florida and payin...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (5)

re: 34 years I've been a Tiger fan and nothing comes close to this season. - TigerShark10 on 11/16/11 at 7:53 pm
Been watching about the same time and I have told several people I have not seen an LSU team like this. Every game has been fun to watcht and not too stressful. I like this team and know we are going to win out. It has been fun living in Florida this year not having to listen to the jort crew tal...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)
re: What are the odds that the guy who saw "the event" would eventually become OC??? - TigerShark10 on 11/10/11 at 6:50 pm
can anyone explain why McQueery is still employed? If the Board fired JoePa for what he did or did not do, didn't this guy do the exact same thing? He saw it, reported it to the next in command and did not pursue it any further. I just don't see the difference in what he has done and what Paterno ...
