College Basketball Insider Jeff Goodman is reporting that Texas A&M is targeting Ole Miss head coach Chris Beard as a 'primary candidate' to replace Buzz Williams.
Williams just left College Station for the Maryland job this week, while Beard has been at Ole Miss for the past two seasons. He has a 44–24 record at Oxford and took the Rebels to the Sweet 16 this year.
