Traveling to Milwaukee in Sept - Things to see?

I am traveling to Green Bay for the LSU game, we have our flights and plans to arrive and stay in Milwaukee Thursday Sept. 1. Drive into GB Friday and back to Milwaukee on Sunday where we will stay another night.
Any insight on some quick must see or must check out bars, restaurants, anything that could be done in a day?
Unfortunately the Brewers are on the road so I have already checked into that.

I go to Milwaukee frequently for work. There's a restaurant called Wolf Peach that I really enjoy. Catch a brewers game if they're in town, visit the Harley Davidson Museum, or visit a brewery. Otherwise, it's boring AF.
