I take the Acela between Boston and NYC often for work and it beats flying, especially when my company is paying. Between going through security, waiting at the gate, and then having to drive into the city, the train takes about the same time and the seats are comfortable.

Will add even coach seats on a train are more comfortable than most plane seats, even first class seats. Security is so much easier, I don't have to stand in line waiting for a bunch of groups to board first. And best, I can put down my tray table, use my full laptop, and get up and use the bathroom anytime I fricking time I want on the trip.
