Does anyone have a good recommendation for a private guide for Priorat?

And one for Rioja?

Initial plan is to spend a couple of days in Barcelona, then take the train to Falset and hire a guide to take us around Priorat for a day. Spend the night there, then rent a car and travel to Haro and spend two days in Rioja touring some wineries.

Any advice would be appreciated.

For Rioja, check out Mimo Food in San Sébastien. We did a full day tour with a somm that was outstanding. They will do customized tours in addition to the listed ones. They could possibly meet you in Haro.

I will look for my Priorat notes and guide info. Loved that region. My favorite wine region and I have been to many. Unreal olive oil as well.

We have booked Mas Doix, Clos Mogador, and Clos Figueras for Priorat. Super pumped to go to these.

Went to Clos Figueras. Very nice. Great restaurant. Ask them to go down into cellar.

We had a guide so no idea where it is but Clos Dominic is amazing. Paco is the owner and speaks little English but his wines were great. His upper terrace blend is worth it. He doesn’t export to the US.
