I will be solo in Aurora for about 11 weeks this summer from early July to middle of September. I will have my car with me with weekends off. I am early 30s male and will be looking forward to do outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and fishing. Also any Denver/Aurora/Centennial breweries or restaurants worth checking out? Never been to this area so anything helps.
I also plan on attending some Rockies games as well
Thanks!

Which part of Aurora? Aurora is a pretty large suburb with nearly 400,000 people.

Southern portion. Just on the west side of Cherry Creek Reservoir.

Since I have status with Marriott, I would recommend either the Residence inn or Townplace Suites in the Denver Tech Center as they both have at least a partial kitchen. There are a ton of food options and breweries in the area. If you like Indian or middle Eastern food, Arapahoe Rd just south will be your friend. View house has a great rooftop. Grange Hall has nice food options, a brewery, and usually live music or a DJ, food is a bit pricey though. Top golf is in the area. There is light rail to downtown. It's my favorite part of Denver mainly because there aren't many panhandlers and druggies like downtown. With that said, Denver it's no where remotely near NOLA/Chicago/Detroit status.

Appreciate the tips! I’m excited to explore some of downtown Denver as well. Definitely will checkout View house, seems like a great place to watch a game and eat/drink

That area is very suburban. Not a tourist hotspot but a good place to live.
My favorite brewery is New Image in Arvada (NW of downtown). The beer is great. Lowry Beer Garden is great. Denver Beer Co on Downing is also a good time even through the beer is meh. Cohesion seems interesting but I’ve never been. Bierstadt is great beer and German food. Westbound and Down in Idaho Springs is great.
My favorite “local” hike is Herman Gulch right before the tunnel.
