cant remember password and can only get one of the 2 factor authorizations, one is my cell to get text code and the other is an old email( netscape)
but im still signed on at work PC.
question is should i call support and pay to get password changed or is there any way i can fix this without support.

You can’t change the email that it goes to from the PC that you’re already signed onto?

quote:Same thing has happened to me with an old phone number and I didn't set up a backup email. The only option is to pay for support of which I won't do. It's an email I've had for 20 years and it was my "spam" email I would give if I had to for signing up for accounts. I've just written it off
