Which of these MacBook Pros should I purchase?

So I do quite a bit of photo and video editing. I am finally upgrading from my late 2013 MBP. I have been looking at a 2016 refurb through Apple. This refurb has the 2.6 GHz cpu. I was about to order it but B&H is matching rebates plus no sales tax to my state, so I have an option of getting a brand new MBP for only $200 more than the 2016 refurb.
So here’s my question, the 2018 has the beefier cpu, while the 2018 has the base 2.2 GHz cpu but a better gpu. What would you prioritize between cpu and gpu performance with video and photography in mind? Should I save on the 2016 refurb with a better cpu or spend the little extra for the newer Mac with its other performance enhancements?
Thanks in advance for any input.

2018 for sure. Keyboard much improved and it’s a 6 core processor instead of 4 on the 2016.
Not to mention the 2018 2.2 cpu is actually more powerful than the 2016 2.6 cpu. Even using just 1 core. See below.

Exactly what I needed. Much appreciated! I was leaning that direction.
