Any VM'ers in here? There's some cool stuff you can do playing around with VMs. Check out my list and let me know any cool tricks, OS's etc you know about.
I have 24 GB RAM on this host machine so anything is on the table.

A little... our engineering vm farm has about 650 vms running

Yea we use vSphere too for our servers (we only have 70 but we are a 38 site place)
I just use VMWare workstation as a test bed for the most part and a sandbox. I was pretty shocked I could run macOS on my windows 10 machine.
