I use quite a few Cradlepoint MBR1400 units both with Verizon and AT&T.
Verizon is best about 90% of the time, depending on the location & nearby towers.
The Cradlepoint is specific to the carrier.
Speeds run from12/8 to 58/42 ish. Amazing devices.
