Spectrum Phone App not working

Does anyone know the solution in resolving the ongoingissue that Spectrum has regarsing the use of their online streaming app?
The Spectrum app quit working (doesn't open) about 2 weeks ago and I can't figure out how to fix it.

What is the ongoing issue? My mom uses the app of her TV outside and also on her iPad without issue. I assume you have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it?

Once the Spectrum app is opened on my Samsung phone, the icon just continues to spin and doesn't open properly as it had in the past.
Based on the review page for the Spectrum app, numerous people are having this same issue, but I have not been able to find a solution.
I have Uninstalled/Re-installed the app numerous times, but it still won't work properly.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
