Some help with message spam?

Lately I have been getting text messages from .us addresses. They come at all hours of the night. I have an I phone 6 (shut up lol). Is there anyway I can block any message with a .us url?

I’m not high tech enough to answer that, I was gonna start a thread asking for the best text message spam blocking app
From what I’ve read it’s probably either robokiller or textkiller. Of course both are paid apps but that’s the best option I know of right now to stop this. It’s gotten ridiculous
