SOLVED XBox One won’t read any discs

Apparently you just have to hold down the power button for 10 seconds. Please delete it necessary.
My sons XBox won’t read any of his discs so I’m assuming something is wrong with his Xbox not all of the discs.
Has anyone had this problem and were able to fix it yourself? Do I need to send it off for repair?
