Send/receive issues on outlook

This morning I was able to send and receive emails... now it shows I’m synchronized but can’t send or receive
I’ve shutdown and restarted several times still no luck
Any ideas?
IT is out today so can’t get him to look at it

ETA I’m on a remote laptop linked to a remote server

Sounds like your mailbox could be full. Try deleting some items. Especially those with attachments.

Check to see if you inadvertently put Outlook in offline mode.

and your sent box as well, clean out the trash as well.
