Samsung TV/Soundbar question

Tech Board, I recently purchased a new tv and sound bar. The sound is great on every input EXCEPT the one for Cox.
Why is the cable box significantly lower than the apps or Xbox in sound output?

Do you have the soundbar connected to both the TV and cox box? If so, try just connecting the soundbar to the tv with the optical input

It’s connected, just low volume
