Rv park internet and roku device

Ok the wife and I have semi-retired to south Florida and get free WiFi from the park, over the air channels are numerous, laptops and phones connect fine. The only problem is the WiFi signal isn't strong enough to stream Netflix etc through our roku, any suggestions?

Yes their signal is to far away, I use the hdmi cable, good idea about moving it outside
