Roku Ultra sound lagging issues

I just started having issues with my Roku Ultra sound being behind. I’ve googled the issues and found many people have this issue and I have tried their solutions to the problem but none are helping. Only thing I haven’t tried is doing a factory reset but I’m afraid once I do that I will lose my YouTube TV app. Any one else had this issue and can help?
Eta: I’ve tried adjusting the audio to stereo from auto on the settings menu, wireless internet speed is 50 mbps, hit the asterisk button to change the volume from leveling to off, and unplugged for a hard restart.

This happen to both of my roku ultra. Typically I unplug mine and Reset it that way, but sometimes I have to reset it from the back. Very annoying but it doesn’t remove your apps. Everything is the same.

I have 3 ultras, never had that problem.
Roku's do benefit from unplugging occasionally.
