R and L Speakers not working

Recently setup my surround sound after having it boxed up from a move. All speakers are working except the Right and Left Towers. Wires have been replaced. Any troubleshooting ideas?

Try other speakers with the R/L channels from the amp. That will at least tell you where the source of the issue is.
