Options for streaming horse races

Trying to help the in-laws cut out cable to save a few hundred dollars a month. Father-in-law loves watching Fox Sports 2 because it has horse racing on it. I know this is available with several TV services like YouTube and Hulu, but those are like 80 bucks a month. Are there any options out there for strictly just horse racing that my father-in-law could stream and pay less than those subscriptions?
