I got a new 07 version of Tiger Woods golf by EA Sports. Was able to load into a 2019 PC. But it won’t play.... WTF??????

What version of Windows was it made for? You probably need to run in emulation mode for it to work.
Probably won't play if you have Windows 10

Have you tried checking the compatibility mode checkbox and selecting Windows 7 or XP? You can find this checkbox in the properties by right clicking the application.
