New Apartment/Airbnb Tech

I am renovating a building and want to incorporate some cool tech features.
My personal residence was built in 1935 so I have zero tech in it or even know what is out there.
A few of the ideas I have
1. Wifi/smart locks
2. speakers inside ceiling
3. outlets with USB
What is some other stuff I should plan for?

It’s going to be an Air BNB? I would keep it simple. Smart locks for remote access management. Smart thermostat so you can make sure it is set correctly when unoccupied. Recessed speakers are good but keep the system simple. Usb outlets are a good idea. Extra electrical outlets are good too. People travel with lots of things to plug in and recharge.
And this isn’t built in, but it is an easy way to share wifi access to guests.

That would be an excellent addition in a short term rental.
