Making a macro to assign left click

I use a razer or weaver that I made a macro using synapse so that when I hold the key down on the keypad it is a repeating left click as long as the key is pressed. I want to stop using the keypad and make this same macro on my laptop keyboard. I know it's possible but I am too dumb to figure it out. Can anyone advise me on how to do this?
